I'm a design leader and a college pole vault coach based in DFW, passionate about creating digital experiences, mentoring designers, and coaching athletes.
As a design lead, I have worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, and public sector. I thrive on collaboration—partnering with and managing teams of business experts, product owners, designers, and software engineers to develop thoughtful solutions. For me, the best part of the job is connecting with people, using empathy, research, and creativity to solve problems.

In pursuit of their success both on and off the runway, I'm dedicated to providing the best student-athlete experience through creating a positive team culture, high-quality training, encouragement, and mentorship.
